Influencing stakeholders to make changes and improve their people management and organizational performance is an essential skill for HR professionals. With increasing amounts of data available, being able to both analyse and use it to influence managers through the use of storytelling techniques, will greatly improve their understanding and likelihood of taking action.
This two-part workshop will enable you to better understand and analyse data and use it to tell stories that have impact and influence change. It is also very supportive of the CIPD competencies of ‘being curious’ and ‘decision making using people analytics’.
