The move to strategic HR partnering in many organisations has seen an increasing need to embrace the work of the organisational development (OD) discipline with Partners being required to take a more systemic view of business strategies and plans, and to align HR activity alongside these as part of managing organisational change. Often clouded by theories and unfamiliar terminology, the world of OD can seem somewhat elusive and hard to grasp.
Join us on this practically-focused workshop to break through the jargon, and gain a clear understanding of the role of the OD practitioner and how it can be valuably applied within that of the HRBP.
