Tom delivers many of our influencing and NLP workshops, as he is a leading international Master Trainer of NLP and INLPTA Master Coach Trainer – the highest level that can be attained. He also has a BSc (honours) in Psychology and an MSc in Forensic Psychology and Criminology.
Tom developed and delivered the first INLPTA Coach Practitioner and Coach Master Practitioner trainings in the UK alongside the founder of INLPTA, Dr Wyatt Woodsmall. He has been coaching executive, sports people and individuals for over 20 years as well as running the leading NLP coach trainings internationally.
Tom specialises in coaching specialist areas and is frequently called in to help with organisations when their normal coaches cannot help. He has coached extensively in presentation skills, memory techniques, managing emotional states, communication skills as well as more common areas such as professional development and personal development. He has worked extensively with legal companies, most recently including Herbert Smith and BLP Law.
He has trained many companies and people from leading organisations including Reuters, VISA, Royal Mail, the Armed Forces, Whitbread, Barclays, Nationwide, HSBC. He also has worked in pain control in a leading London Hospital where he used NLP and psychological interventions to help patients with chronic pain. He has made many TV and press appearances including ‘How To Pay Off Your Mortgage’, ‘Country House Rescue’, ‘The History Of Surgery’ and was the expert of a pilot show for the BBC in managing family dynamics.
