Shirley is an MBA, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Chartered Business Psychologist. She combines a wealth of academic knowledge with business experience and practical understanding of effective HR in practice. As a result, she is in demand as a speaker and has presented on Partnering at conferences both in the UK and Internationally.

In addition to consulting in Europe, her global consultancy work has taken her to: Australia, India, Bangladesh, USA, Hong Kong, Malawi, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Brazil and New Zealand

Shirley and fellow Director Judith have published widely on business partnering and are co-authors of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development HR Business Partnering Toolkit and Transforming Corporate Services for CIPFA.
