He has supported improvement projects with some of the world’s leading organisations including Boeing, Rolls Royce, Thermofisher Scientific, Royal Bank of Scotland, Radiall, Parker Hannifin, Watlow Electric, Bosch, British Sugar, and many others.

His specific areas of expertise include: Financial Services Process Improvement; Lean Finance Process Improvement; Statistical Quality Improvement; Public Sector Process Improvement; Process Simulation.

Ross is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
