Nicky Jeynes

Nicky has enjoyed a broad range of HR experience in Financial Services over the past 25 years. She has progressed her career within the corporate world, initially gaining experience with customer service skills development programmes and sales skills training workshops before transitioning into management development work, coaching, change programmes, leadership development and more recently an extensive range of Organisational Development initiatives.

Nicky has had leading roles at Tesco Bank, Standard Life and Prudential.

Nicky is passionate about delivering commercial, sustainable, transformational change. She has a wealth of stakeholder management experience and is comfortable working with Senior Executives and Board members. She brings a positive energy and has excellent relationship management skills.
