Mary is an experienced former Head of Human Resources and Head of Strategy and Talent Management for a FTSE 100 Company. She has worked extensively in HR, Finance and IT business partnering both corporately and as a consultant. At Develop Global she has overseen a number of high profile capability programs for HR and across corporate services. She is currently involved in an international HR coaching.

For 10 years Mary was Chair of the HR Directors Group for a European Alliance of 14 financial services companies and a key member of the Programme Advisory Group for their extremely successful high potential and senior management programmes.

Coupled with her recent experience of due diligence exercises in Asia, she has gained a valuable global perspective. She also has considerable experience in talent and performance management, organisational development and change management.
