Linda Litherland

Linda is an experienced Learning and Organisation Development Specialist and has operated as the Head of Learning & Development across a number of organisations in the public and private sector. She has considerable experience in talent and performance management, managing change, organisational development, coaching, as well as in leadership development. More recently she has been implementing talent management strategies and supporting and developing people to develop their skills and behaviours to effect the business culture. She is a qualified executive coach, passionate about developing others and helping them to focus on their wellbeing whilst achieving their career goals.
