Dale has more than 15 years experience at Senior Management level. And has managed complex organisational and HR change programmes across a range of sectors. He has particular knowledge of and expertise in Shared Services through the leadership of a number of complex programmes.

These include the transfer of HR Operations from London to a shared service centre in India while at Standard Chartered Bank.

At LSN, an educational consultancy, Dale led the development of a commercial HR service offering as a full HR outsource up to HRD level, preparing the business case and leading the tendering process with external suppliers, for payroll, RPO, HR operations.

At the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills, he supported the transition of staff and services to an existing, mature shared services operation in Swindon.

Dale originally trained as an accountant.
