Caroline’s main specialism is employment law. She is also a lay member of the Employment Tribunal service. She has been responsible for policy development, strategic planning, union consultation, delivering training on a whole range of HR topics, and initiating change in the field of equality and diversity issues. Caroline is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the Society of Specialist Paralegals.
