Bettina runs  Develop Global’s German and UK workshops on Crucial Conversations. She has worked as a lecturer in German as a foreign language. a freelance journalist and PR copywriter as well as a producer for German radio and as a TV journalist.

Bettina holds degrees in German, English and Philosophy. She is passionate in helping others to handle difficult conversations and situations.
