Organisation Development Toolkit

This toolkit:

• is designed to be used in conjunction with the Project Management and Change Management toolkits which provide specific guidance on both the rational and emotional elements of change including OD interventions.
• starts with an overview of Organisational Development; looks at various OD theories to give some background and context; and then goes into specific tools that can support the OD process
• ends with a look at the skills and knowledge required to be an expert OD practitioner for those interested in specialising further.
